Wole Lawal

Wole Lawal has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Wole began their career at Fidson Healthcare Plc, where they worked as a Chemical Analyst during their industrial placement from July 2015 to July 2016.

Wole then joined the University of Essex, where they served as the Social Secretary for the University of Essex African and Caribbean Society from October 2014 to June 2015.

During their time at the university, Wole also worked with Enactus UK as the Head Researcher of the Innovation Team from May 2014 to June 2015.

In 2018, Wole joined Imperial College Business School as the Head of Partnerships for the Africa Business Club, also serving as a Student Ambassador. Wole held these roles from October 2018 to October 2019.

In 2017, Wole took on the role of General Manager of Operations at Seagle Property Development Company Limited, where they currently work.

Additionally, Wole became a Partner at Firnas Airways UK in May 2019 and is currently involved with the company.

Most recently, Wole joined Unity Bank Plc in November 2021 as the Team Lead at the Awolowo Branch and was promoted to the position of Marketing Team Lead at the Head Office in November 2022.

Wole Lawal's education history began at Corona Secondary School from 2005 to 2011 where they completed their WASSCE and IGCSE with a focus on subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Geography, and Technical Drawing. Wole then attended Malvern College from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Wole Lawal pursued further education at the University of Essex from 2013 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, including a placement year. Wole'seducational journey continued at Imperial College London from 2018 to 2020, where they completed their Master's degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management.
