Mayra Mena

Mayra Mena currently serves as the Contracts Coordinator at FIRST 5 Santa Clara County since April 2022, following a role as the Migrant Education Program Advocate at the Santa Clara County Office of Education from March 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Mayra worked at Gardner Health Services as the Family Resource Center Coordinator, where responsibilities included leading outreach and ensuring adherence to quality policies. Earlier experience includes working as a Mental Health Specialist at Gardner Family Care Corp, managing a caseload and conducting client assessments. Mayra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from San Jose State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the same institution.
