Phil Sargent

Phil Sargent is currently a partner at First Actuarial. Prior to this, they were a senior consultant at JLT Benefits Solutions from December 2012 to October 2014. There, they were responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients across a portfolio of SME clients. Phil also provided consultancy services to trustee and corporate clients in respect of ongoing management of DB pension schemes and opportunities for implementation of appropriate de-risking strategies.

From 2000 to 2006, Phil worked at Alexander Forbes Financial Services Ltd, first as an account consultant, providing advice to members of DC pension schemes across a portfolio of c.30 SME clients, including retirement income targeting and investment portfolio design. Phil later became a senior consultant, providing consultancy services to corporate clients relating to ongoing management and design of DC based employee benefits.

Phil Sargent's educational career includes a Bachelor of Laws degree from King's College London.
