Andy Brown

Andy Brown has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture Operations at First Advantage since January 2021. Prior roles at First Advantage include Sr. Manager of Global HR Shared Services and Human Resources Shared Services Manager. Prior to joining First Advantage, Andy Brown worked at Black Box from December 2017 to January 2021, where positions included Sr. HR Operations Specialist and Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. Andy Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and General Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2009 and 2013.
