With over 15 years of experience in recruitment process outsourcing and client success, Andy has developed expertise in managing large global partnerships across various verticals. Previously, they served as a Client Success Partner at Sterling, where they managed a $5MM+ book of business, and held multiple roles at Randstad Enterprise, enhancing client satisfaction and talent acquisition services. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The University of Findlay and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Southern Ohio College.
