Charles Lauer

Charles Lauer is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at First Advantage since March 2017, Charles leads client-focused business process improvement projects. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Nielsen/Claritas, where responsibility was held for a high-performing team managing Nielsen products through transitions, and extensive experience at Nielsen, including Product Management Team Lead and Senior Product Manager positions, overseeing product management for various consumer segmentation products. Earlier in their career, Charles worked as a Financial Analyst and Business Advisor at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, focusing on financial analysis and strategic initiatives. Charles holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Missouri State University in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychology, respectively.
