Daniel Jones has over a decade of experience in business intelligence and customer care, currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence at First Advantage since March 2013. Previously held multiple managerial positions including Director of Customer Care, Sr. Manager of Platinum Client Services, and Department Manager of Technical Support at First Advantage. Prior to this, Daniel Jones worked at LexisNexis from July 2011 to February 2013, where roles included Department Manager and Technical Support Specialist. Early in the career, Daniel Jones was a Temporary Technical Analyst at CorTech International. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Georgia College & State University.
