David Lopez

Supervisor, Premier Drug Test Team

David Lopez has extensive experience in customer service management and operations. Currently serving as a Supervisor for the Premier drug test team at First Advantage since August 2010, David oversees a remote team of five members, ensuring a high service level amidst managing over 100 daily calls and 80 emails for Target's human resources and candidates across the United States. Prior to this role, David worked at Verizon from 1998 to 2007 as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in residential billing and sales, and achieving sales goals exceeding $50,000 monthly. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Belmont Abbey College and an Associate's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from SUNY Empire State College.
