Deborah Knapp

Deborah Knapp is an award-winning Creative Director at First Advantage, where they lead brand integration and visual strategy following the company’s merger with Sterling. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, they have notably directed brand evolution through multiple redesigns and acquisitions while managing a multidisciplinary creative team. Prior to their current role, Deborah owned Dknapp Design, delivering brand development and user-friendly design solutions to diverse clients. They also held senior design positions at various companies, including Sterling Talent Solutions and Leviton. Deborah is currently pursuing degrees in Graphic and Web Design at Lake Washington Institute of Technology and Fine/Studio Arts at Bellevue Community College.
