Jai Das

Jai Das is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team leadership and consultancy within the background screening industry. Currently serving as Team Leader at First Advantage since November 2024, Jai previously held multiple roles at Sterling from April 2016 to November 2024, including Team Lead, Lead, and Specialist. Earlier experience includes a Consultant position at Sutherland Global Service Limited from April 2015 to February 2016. Jai Das holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Ritambara Vishwa Vidyapeeths Malini Kishor College of Commerce and Economics, completed in March 2016.
