Jody Laffer

Jody Laffer has extensive experience in solution engineering and customer success, currently serving as a Sr. Solution Engineer and Customer Success Director at First Advantage since November 2011. Prior to this role, Jody held positions as a National Account Manager and Account Manager at LexisNexis Screening Solutions from March 2007 to November 2011. Jody's career began at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where an Account Manager role was held from February 2003 to November 2006. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Delaware, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
