Joe O’Gan

Joe O’Gan is currently a Senior Implementation Project Manager at First Advantage, where they manage the onboarding of new clients to the background screening process, ensuring timely implementation. Previously, Joe held various roles including Associate Designer for In Store Marketing at Target, Merchandise Flow Manager at EXPRESS, and Marketing Manager at Coverdell, where they led direct mail projects and vendor relationships. Joe also spent time as an Account Manager at Allant Group, overseeing project execution and client relations. They are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Black Hills State University and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institutes International.
