Jordan Leclair

Jordan Leclair is the Director of Commercial Operations at First Advantage, a leading global background screening company. Previously, Jordan held multiple leadership roles at Sterling, including Assistant Vice President of Client Services for Canada and Director of Sales Enablement. Jordan's career began at BackCheck, where they progressed from Transition Coordinator to various senior operations roles. They earned a BA in International Studies from the University of Northern British Columbia between 2003 and 2005.
