Joseph Xu

Joseph Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager at First Advantage since April 2017, Joseph develops product, people, and cost leadership methodologies while implementing continuous improvement strategies through governance compliance and innovation. Joseph's career began at HSBC, where as Assistant Manager from March 2002 to April 2009, responsibilities included compliance management, conducting training, and managing regulatory inspections. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University of China, completed between 2007 and 2010.
