Ken Sims currently serves as a Product Manager at First Advantage since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of Product Manager at Sterling Identity from January 2022 to December 2024 and was an Engineering Manager at both Sterling Talent Solutions and SureID from October 2017 to December 2024. Ken holds a degree from Pacific Lutheran University obtained between 1988 and 1991.
