Matt Edwards

Matt Edwards, MBA, currently serves as the Strategic Sales Lead at First Advantage, focusing on enhancing the value of pre-employment screening and background check solutions for major US companies with a global presence since February 2018. In addition, Matt holds the position of President at NorthCourse Consulting LLC, a boutique firm specializing in comprehensive client solutions, a role undertaken since April 2007. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Development & Strategic Initiatives at Akron General Partners, where responsibilities included managing outpatient healthcare services from April 2011 to March 2017, and as Managing Director at Akron General Health & Wellness Innovations, which provided innovative health and wellness solutions across the United States during the same period. Matt earned an MBA in Executive Management from Baldwin Wallace University between 2014 and 2016 and a BA in Business Communication from The University of Akron.
