Previously, as President of Skeen Solutions, Michael founded a company catering to the recruiting needs of multiple insurance agents. Michael's consulting experience includes roles at Cognizant and Verizon, focusing on supply chain data analysis and inventory management. Earlier career positions included program management and customer support in the energy sector with CLEAResult and SWEPCO.
