Michael Weflen

Michael Weflen currently serves as Operations Manager for Major Account Fulfillment at First Advantage since July 2023. Prior to this role, Weflen worked in Sales and Finance at Indys Unlimited Motors from September 2022 to May 2023, focusing on high-end used vehicles and facilitating lender relationships. From 2018 to 2022, Weflen held the position of Director of Operations at Heartland Resolution Group, overseeing various operational functions including administration, payment processing, compliance, and employee management. Weflen's career began at the St. Johns County School Board, where a teaching tenure from 2004 to 2018 included instructing high school social studies and coaching varsity soccer. Weflen holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies Education from Anderson University.
