Roselia Ramirez

Roselia Ramirez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at First Advantage since December 2024, Roselia previously held the same position at Sterling from December 2020 to December 2024 and was the Director of Operations at Tech Mahindra from April 2019 to December 2020. Additional roles include Account Manager and Global Service Delivery Manager at Sutherland from November 2016 to April 2019, as well as Operations Manager at The Results Companies from October 2012 to October 2018. Roselia's expertise encompasses performance improvement, client interface, process enhancement, and financial management. Roselia holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communication with a focus on Broadcast Journalism and another Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2004.
