Scott Staples

Scott Staples is the current Chief Executive Officer at First Advantage. Scott has held this position since March of 2017. Prior to this, they were with Mindtree Ltd. from August 1999 to March 2017 where they were the President of Americas and Global Head of Business Groups. Scott was responsible for managing the Americas business and running a global P&L. Before that, they were with Cambridge Technology Partners from January 1996 to December 1999 as a Director. And before that, they were with Gemini Consulting from January 1994 to December 1996 as Head of Marketing where they ran marketing for Gemini's BFSI practice (management consulting).

Scott Staples has a BA in English from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Scott also attended Ridge High School.
