Su Oakley has extensive experience in leadership roles across the talent management and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as SVP EMEA Revenue at First Advantage since January 2022 and previously as VP Client Success, Su has demonstrated a strong focus on client success and revenue growth. Prior roles include RVP UK & I at both Cornerstone On Demand and Saba Software, where responsibilities involved integrating businesses and enhancing account management strategies. Su also held the position of Global Head of Account Management at Lumesse, overseeing a global team and driving customer satisfaction and retention. Earlier career experiences include positions at StepStone, PeopleBank, and Workthing, which focused on client relationships and recruitment technology. Su holds a degree from Buckinghamshire New University.
