Irit Lempert

Irit Lempert has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Irit is currently the COO at First Airborne since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Lotem Strategies Group from 2017 to 2021. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Strategic Business Partner at NCR Corporation. Before that, they worked as an Organizational Consultant at Lotem from 2008 to 2013. Irit began their career as a Learning Specialist at Orit Dankner Ltd. from 2003 to 2008.

Irit Lempert obtained their B.A in Business Administration and Behavioral Science from The Open University of Israel between 2002 and 2005. Irit then went on to pursue an M.A in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic - המסלול האקדמי של המכבלה למנהל between 2009 and 2011.
