Les Bury

Les Bury has a strong background in leadership and management roles within various industries. Starting in 1989, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Logistics Manager. From 1994 to 2003, they served as the Managing Director of North American Logistics at North American Van Lines. Les then moved on to Sims Lifecycle Services, where they held the position of Director of Logistics & Operations from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they joined NAL Syncreon as the Senior Logistics Center Manager and Head of T-Mobile Client Engagement from 2009 to 2011. Les also worked at Acme Refining as the President of Acme Electronics Recycling from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Les is the President of First America Metal Corporation, a position they have held since 2014. Under their leadership, Les has successfully managed operations, led acquisitions, and implemented cost reduction strategies. Les has also been responsible for establishing growth strategies and optimizing supply chains. Throughout their career, Les has demonstrated a strong ability to drive business growth and achieve financial goals.

Les Bury obtained a Hazardous Material Management/Environmental Auditing Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley in 1992-1994. Later, from 1998 to 2008, Les attended Landmark to study Team Management and Leadership with an Ontological Curriculum Graduate program. Additionally, Les has obtained various certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Management, Quality, Negotiations, Presentations, HR, Behavioral Science, and State and Local Emergency Preparedness & Planning.
