Lauren Trible

Lauren Trible, MBA, is an accomplished professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Project Manager at First American Equipment Finance since February 2022. With expertise in entrepreneurship, Lauren founded Basin Flower Farm in April 2020, successfully establishing a micro-farm and design business focused on cut flowers for weddings and events, complemented by advanced training from the Floret Farm Workshop in 2021. Previous experience includes serving as an Outpatient Access Specialist at Strong Memorial Hospital Behavioral Health, where clinical issues were resolved efficiently, and as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at the Animal Hospital of Rochester, providing comprehensive veterinary care. Lauren holds an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the State University of New York College at Oswego, and an Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology from Genesee Community College.
