Michelle Lafica

Michelle LaFica is an Assistant Vice President and Project Manager at First American Equipment Finance since December 2021. Previously, Michelle held various roles at American Campus Communities from February 2011 to December 2021, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Leasing Manager, and Community Assistant. In addition, Michelle served as a Laboratory Technician at the University at Buffalo for a brief period in 2012. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geoscience from the University at Buffalo, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
