Brian Danis

Brian Danis has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Brian started their career as an Associate Attorney at Schoen, Mangan & Smith, Ltd, where they primarily worked on insurance defense litigation, personal injury defense litigation, asbestos litigation, and construction negligence litigation. Brian then joined Williams Venker & Sanders LLC as a Senior Associate Attorney, specializing in defending personal injury lawsuits, toxic torts, premises liability, product liability, and insurance defense for various companies. Brian also worked at Anheuser-Busch, Inc as an Acting In-House Attorney/Contractor, where they were responsible for handling the company's toxic tort and worker's compensation cases. Brian later joined Fidelity National Title Group, Inc as a Claims Counsel / Assistant Vice President, where they resolved title insurance claims and interpreted title insurance contracts. Currently, Brian is working at First American Title Insurance Company as the Vice President, Reinsurance Counsel, Corporate Underwriter. In this role, they serve as a regulatory subject matter expert, and also leads the Enterprise Risk Management Program.

Brian Danis received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Business from Indiana University in 1996. Brian then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree in Law from DePaul University College of Law in 2000.
