Kathy Lomax

Kathy Lomax has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kathy currently holds the position of VP, Technology Business Management at First American Title since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Delivery and Vice President of Business Technology Systems at the same company.

Before joining First American Title, Kathy worked at L.A. Care Health Plan as the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of IT Quality Assurance and Process Excellence.

Kathy'searlier roles include working at Capital Group Companies as the VP of Application Support, VP of Quality Management, VP of Web Technical Services, and Assistant VP of Server and Desktop Engineering and Support.

Kathy's career began at Loma Linda University Medical Center, where they worked as an IT Administrative Director.

Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving transformational changes. Kathy has experience in areas such as product delivery, corporate systems management, IT quality assurance, and infrastructure support.

Kathy Lomax has an MBA in Computer Information Systems from National University. Kathy also has a BA in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton. In addition, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017.
