Katy Sager

Katy Sager serves as General Counsel at Natural State Title, LLC, overseeing the title department and offering legal services through a private practice that specializes in real estate transactions, estate planning, 1031 tax exchanges, corporate formation, and mergers and acquisitions. As President of Sager Law Firm since December 2013, Katy has built a reputation in various areas of law, including corporate law and problem-solving for real estate issues. Previous experience includes roles as Corporate Legal Counsel at Tyson Foods, focusing on real estate and contracts, and as Commercial/Underwriting Senior Counsel at Waco Title Company. Katy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in English from the University of Arkansas.
