Luisa Scipione

Luisa Scipione is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades in customer service and client advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service for the National Production Services Commercial Channel at First American Title since October 2021, Luisa has also held various leadership positions within the First American companies since 2002, including Director of Client Services and VP/Client Advocate Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Collections Manager at AT&T, TRUST COMPANY BANK, and PNC BANK, showcasing a strong background in collections management. Luisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Carlow University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
