Shawn Hoagland has extensive work experience in the quality assurance field. Shawn has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. From 1999 to 2012, they worked at Infostream/First American SMS as a Lead QA, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of the StreamLine product and its integrations. Shawn also provided customer support, training, and documentation for the product. In 2012, they joined First American SMS as a QA Manager, initially leading the CliQ project and later becoming the CliQ QA Manager. In this role, they coordinated testing efforts with onshore and offshore resources and worked closely with third-party vendor teams, including Microsoft. In 2014, they transitioned to First American Title as the Lead IT Quality Analyst.
Shawn Hoagland received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pacific Lutheran University in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Arts and Sciences from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom in 1983, as well as an Associate Degree in Data Processing in the same year from the same institution.
