Vishal Tiwari

Vishal Tiwari is a skilled Senior Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, currently working at First American (India) since November 2023. Previously, Vishal served as a Scrum Master at VMware from September 2022 to November 2023, where successful facilitation of various Agile ceremonies resulted in a significant reduction of cycle time and improved team throughput. Earlier experience includes serving as a Scrum Master at Apexon, a Goldman Sachs Portfolio company, leading cross-team retrospectives and driving revenue through healthcare product development, and at Tata Consultancy Services, where Vishal enhanced team velocity and maintained a high customer satisfaction index.
