Bruce Bjorge

Bruce Bjorge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public safety, fire training, and sales leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at First Arriving, Bruce leads a sales organization focused on achieving growth. As the Founder of The OG Society, Bruce promotes public safety through mentorship and training. An adjunct instructor at the University of Missouri Fire & Rescue Training Institute, Bruce manages the mobile Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting program and has held various roles since 2001. Previously, Bruce worked at Lexipol in multiple capacities, including Fire and EMS Ambassador and Training Developer, where responsibilities involved creating training content and speaking at industry conferences. Bruce also has experience as the Assistant Chief of Training at Western Taney County Fire Protection District and as a Division Manager at EMR-Inc. Bruce began a career in public safety as a firefighter in the Springfield MO Fire Department. Educational pursuits include studies at the Community College of the Air Force and Columbia Southern University, focusing on fire science.
