Alex Nero

Alex Nero has several years of work experience in the climbing and fitness industry. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at First Ascent Climbing & Fitness as the Head Coach & Setter. In this role, they manage a competitive youth rock climbing team and sets routes for boulder and rope climbing. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, Alex worked at Chicago Athletic Clubs as the Head Coach of the Jr Climbing Team. Alex also served as a Coach for the Jr Climbing Team from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Alex has experience as an Artist Manager during the period from 2012 to 2014 while being self-employed.

Alex Nero obtained an Associate's degree from Moraine Valley Community College between 2001 and 2006. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Alex pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology at the University of California, Davis.
