Colie Toren has a diverse background in customer service, coaching, and quality assurance, with experience at First Ascent Climbing & Fitness as a Customer Service Representative since May 2021. Prior roles include serving as a Rowing Coach at Recovery on Water, where Colie supported breast cancer survivors through exercise and managed team practices and competitions. As a Quality Assurance Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, responsibilities included automated and manual testing for multiple applications and resolving production bugs. Colie’s coaching experience extends to Boston University, where coaching duties included introductory rowing classes, and work as a Finance Intern and Business Development Intern contributed to operational support and customer outreach. Colie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing at North Park University.
