Pauline Himics

Pauline Himics is a seasoned marketing professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in digital marketing, communications, and education. As the Co-Founder of First Ascent since 2015, Pauline has successfully built a multi-million dollar digital marketing agency and managed client relationships across various sectors. Experience includes serving as a Marketing and Communications Specialist at The Foundation for Art & Healing, where Pauline focused on raising awareness of the loneliness epidemic through creative content. Previous roles include Digital Communications Specialist and Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware, where Pauline developed marketing strategies to enhance student enrollment and taught an Entrepreneurial Marketing course. Additionally, Pauline has contributed to the coding education nonprofit Girl Develop It as Wilmington Chapter Leader and Instructor, and worked as a Front-End Developer and Graphic Designer in earlier positions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Pratt Institute and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from the University of Delaware.
