Kelvin Naayire has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Kelvin began their career as a Relationship Officer at Access Bank (Ghana) Ltd in 2012. During their time there, they successfully started a new branch, achieved 100% of customer base and deposit targets, and met the bank Cards and channel product targets. Kelvin then moved on to FBNBank Ghana Ltd in 2017, where they held the role of Relationship Manager. In this position, they managed the development of prudently priced assets and cost-effective long-term liabilities, as well as identified and developed a target pipeline for new profitable status customers. Kelvin also maintained key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits. Currently, Kelvin is working as a Relationship Manager at First Atlantic Bank Ghana, starting from 2020.

Kelvin Naayire has a diverse education history spanning from 2007 to 2017. Kelvin began their academic journey at Sunyani Polytechnic, where they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Accounting. This program lasted from 2007 to 2010.

In 2011, Kelvin attended Zenith University College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Financial Management. Kelvin'sstudies at Zenith lasted for a year, ending in 2012.
