Chris Kwadwo Oware

Chris Kwadwo Oware has a solid background in banking and e-banking operations. Chris started their career at Fidelity Bank Gh Ltd in 2012 as an E-Business Officer, specializing in settlement processing, reconciliation, and investigation of various e-banking products. Chris has in-depth knowledge of VISA settlement processing, card fraud detection, and prevention. In 2015, Chris joined First Atlantic Bank Ghana as an E-Banking Support Officer, where they provided support for e-banking operations. Chris later worked as an E-Banking Settlement and Reconciliation specialist, gaining expertise in settlement of VISA and MasterCard debit and prepaid products, as well as various e-platforms such as Gh-Link, Ezwich, and E-tranzact. Chris currently holds the position of Head of Operations at First Atlantic Bank Ghana, starting in October 2020.

Chris Kwadwo Oware attended Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School in Legon from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Senior Secondary School Certificate in Education. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Ghana from 2005 to 2009.
