Doreen Nkansah

Doreen Nkansah is the Head of Strategy and Execution for the First Atlantic Bank Ghana. She has over 12 years experience in corporate finance advisory, performance analytics and strategy development across several industries. Prior to joining First Atlantic Bank, she worked for Absa Bank Ghana where she managed the bank’s performance reporting and management reporting to the Group. She has also held senior managerial roles with Bank of Africa and Deloitte & Touche Ghana. Doreen is recognized for her strong management and strategic planning capabilities. She has managed high performing finance teams and providing strategic and financial reporting to senior executives and board members. She also works as an independent consultant, providing accounting, finance and internal audit advisory and training to corporations, consulting firms and start up companies. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (ACCA, UK) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Ghana and an MBA from the European School of Management & Technology, Germany.
