Thelma Quaye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital infrastructure, capacity building, and strategic development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Global Digital Inclusion Partnership and a Non Executive Director at First Atlantic Bank Ghana, Quaye also holds the position of Chief Digital Infrastructure, Skills and Empowerment Officer at Smart Africa, where the focus is on enhancing digital economies and empowering women and girls in ICT across Africa. Quaye's previous roles include Co-Founder of The CodeFactory Africa, Technical Integration Director at AirtelTigo Ghana, and Network Director at Airtel Ghana Limited.
