Cecilia Pallarca-Pico

Ces joined First Balfour in 2013 as an Associate Legal Counsel primarily handling construction contracts. In 2018, she was appointed as the Legal Counsel and Head of the Legal and Contracts Group. Simultaneously, she is the Assistant Corporate Secretary for Therma One Transport Corp. Ces started her career as a Junior Associate of Tantoco Villanueva De Guzman and Llamas (TAVIDELL) Law Office, providing legal services to various clients in energy, construction, and engineering industries, where she was also briefly seconded to Private Infra Dev Corporation. She graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2009 from Ateneo Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2005 from the Ateneo de Manila University.
