Tessa has over 12 years experience in Financial Analytics and Control, Process Audit, Financial Statement Review, and Treasury Audit and Advisory. In 2006 to 2010, she worked with Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV) as FSRM Director, responsible for all financial audit of treasury operations as well as financial review of top Philippine companies. She was the Vice President for Finance of Deutsche Bank-Manila Branch in June 2010 to 2013. Her major role is to review the bank's financial position, provide relevant analysis to shareholders, and market risk analysis. In 2013, she joined First Gen, leading the internal Audit team accountable for audit and controls of First Philippine Holdings-First Gen processes and systems.
