Rey G. Villar

Throughout his over 30 years with the company, Rey has taken on a succession of roles culminating in his appointment as Executive Vice President in 2013. Currently, he is responsible for leading the company’s Industrial Projects Division and overseeing construction support departments such as Project Planning and Monitoring, Quality Management, ESH, and Technical Services. Rey has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Far Eastern University.
