Rj Santos

RJ Santos has over a decade of experience in technical services and geodetic engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Technical Services Department at First Balfour since July 2011. Previous roles include Business Manager and Head of the Geodetic Engineering Group at the same company, as well as Quality Control Officer (Surveyor). Prior to First Balfour, RJ Santos worked as a Geodetic Engineer/Surveyor at McDonalds Consultants and held the position of Project Development Officer II at the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority. Early career experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology. RJ Santos holds a Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering from the University of the Philippines and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2025.
