Sebastian Alampayan possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as HSE Assistant Manager and HSE Manager at First Balfour, Inc. since February 2013. Prior roles include HSE & Training Coordinator at Leighton Contractors (Asia) Ltd, where responsibilities involved developing and implementing safety management systems, and HSE & Training Officer at Monark Equipment Corp., focusing on health and safety management. Additionally, Sebastian served as HSE Officer and HSE Dept. Head at YKK Philippines, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed training employees and managing environmental compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Mindanao University.
