Thomas Bay

Thomas Bay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas started their career as a District Manager and later became the North Brunswick Area Branch Manager at College Works Painting from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Recruiter at TEKsystems. Thomas then joined Russell Tobin & Associates as an Associate in 2014 and Linium Resources as an Executive Recruiter from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Alternate Tax Solutions, where they partnered with CPA firms to help clients qualify for tax credits and deductions. Thomas joined First Bank NJ in 2017 as a Credit Analyst and progressively grew within the organization, serving as a Commercial Relationship Manager, Assistant Treasurer & Commercial Relationship Manager, and Assistant Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager.

Thomas Bay attended Rutgers University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Communications.
