Kimberly Cerasi

Kimberly Cerasi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the First Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at First Bank NJ since November 2008, Kimberly oversees all aspects of human resource functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with employment law.
