James Davis

James Davis has extensive experience in the banking industry, spanning over a decade. James has worked in various roles at different banks, including First Bank & Trust Co., MidFirst Bank, First Citizens Bank, First Fidelity Bank, and City National Bank of Oklahoma.

James'smost recent position was at First Bank & Trust Co. as a Commercial Loan Officer- Vice President, which began in August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at MidFirst Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer- Business Relationship Manager from May 2018 to August 2020.

Before joining MidFirst Bank, James held multiple roles at First Citizens Bank. James started as a Business Services Representative in June 2014 and later became a Business & Commercial Support Specialist in August 2017. James was responsible for supporting commercial banking teams, identifying and selling loans and services, and resolving customer account problems.

Additionally, James has experience outside of traditional banking, having worked at BNI Group Event as part of a business networking group in 2015-2016. James also has coaching experience as an Assistant Debate Coach at Wichita State University from 2009 to 2010 and at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2005 to 2009.

Throughout their career, James has demonstrated expertise in commercial lending, relationship management, business development, and customer service.

James Davis has a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Interpersonal Communication at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2001 to 2009. James completed their general education at Edmond Santa Fe High School from 1997 to 2001. In terms of certifications, James has obtained a certification in Business and Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association in 2017, and holds an NMLS# 929514 certification.
