Alicia Finzel

Alicia Finzel is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in commercial client services and retail banking. Currently serving as the Commercial Client Services Lead at First Bank Chicago since March 2021, Alicia has also held the role of Commercial Client Services Specialist at the same institution. Prior to this, Alicia worked at First Bank of Highland Park as a Commercial Client Services Specialist and spent over a decade at Golden Eagle Community Bank, where roles included Branch Manager and Financial Operations/Electronic Banking Manager. Additionally, Alicia served as Branch Manager at Advia Credit Union from March 2018 to March 2021. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Clarke University, obtained from 2004 to 2009, along with a high school diploma from Marian Central Catholic High School, completed in 2004.
