Scott Elza

Scott Elza serves as the Senior Vice President of Loan Operations at First Bank Chicago since July 2022, previously holding the same title at First Bank of Highland Park from August 2012 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Loan Operations and Associate Managing Director at The PrivateBank and Trust Company from September 2006 to September 2012, as well as Senior Mortgage Officer positions at Park National Bank and The PrivateBank. Scott's expertise encompasses managing teams in consumer and commercial loan closings and assisting clients in acquiring residential real estate financing, with a strong focus on underwriting and compliance with bank policies. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Dominican University between 2002 and 2004.
