Jeanna Leonas has extensive experience in the information systems field. Jeanna began their career as a Systems Administrator at Palos Bank and Trust in 2003, where they gained knowledge in network and user management/support. Jeanna was also responsible for creating and maintaining the bank's website and assisted with upgrading software releases.

In 2010, Jeanna joined First Bank of Manhattan as an Information Systems Manager. During their tenure, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President and eventually Vice President.
